Lasting Web Impressions maintains space on 1and1 web servers for use by our clients. We provide Web hosting services within our server space at the rate of just $60 per year.
Web sites that plan on accepting credit cards outside of Paypal will require a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificate. Lasting Web Impressions will assist in setting up a server account with an SSL certificate included in the rental or purchasing the certificate separately.
Lasting Web Impressions will assist is selecting a domain name if desired. Domains are registered in our clients name with lasting Web Impressions as the technical contact. Should you choose to move your site to another server, the domain name is yours to keep. Domain registration costs are passed through to our clients with no mark-up in price. Whatever we pay is what you pay.
